A wet chemical fire extinguisher is the ideal choice for restaurants and canteens, given its capabilities for fighting Class F fires (those involving cooking oils). This three-litre unit from Commander is manufactured from corrosion-resistant, powder-coated steel and has a tough internal lining. Choose this size for smaller kitchen environments – it’s a compact size and offers a 40F fire rating.
